PARKING

Entrance to a basement parking is immediately in front of the main theater drop off. Circuit Makati also has more than enough open and multi-level parking spaces scattered thoughout the Estate.

ACCESSIBILITY

SEATING CAPACITY

The Samsung Performing Arts Theater is fully carpeted and seats approximately 1,520 patrons depending on various configurations.

There are 3 main levels in the auditorium: Orchestra, Loge, and Balcony. Each level can be easily accessed by stairs, escalators or elevators located on each side of the auditorium.

How do I get to the Samsung Performing Arts Theater?

The Samsung Performing Arts Theater is located inside Circuit Makati Estate. Located at the heart of Makati City, you will find that the theater is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere within the Metro. Where can I park?

There are over 1,000 open and covered multi-level parking spaces within the Circuit Estate. The closest parking to the theater is a basement parking with entry immediately in front of the main entrance theater drop-off. For a parking map, please click here.

Is there a dress code for the theater?

The Samsung Performing Arts Theater does not have specific rules as to what you should wear to the theater (as long as you are fully clothed). We suggest you dress for the occasion. Think of going to the theater as a special occasion. Casual attire is perfectly acceptable, but casual does not mean sloppy. Be comfortable, but polished. How do I buy tickets for events?

If the performances or events are publicly ticketed, tickets can be purchased by clicking the “Buy Tickets” button on the show and events details page or by directly contacting Ticketworld via their website (ticketworld.com.ph) or hotline at +63.2.8891.9999 or by visiting any of their outlets nationwide. The Samsung Performing Arts Theater Box Office is open during performance days while the Ticketworld outlet at the ground floor of our building is open daily from 11am-8pm.

Is the theater available for rent?

The Samsung Performing Arts Theater is perfect for a variety of events. Our different spaces are flexible enough to suit and accommodate your needs. Rental prices vary based on several factors, needs, and requirements. What should I expect while we are still in quarantine?

Please know that we take the health and safety of our visitors, artists, volunteers, and staff seriously and will continue to follow the latest State, LGUs, DOH, IATF guidelines to assist with slowing and mitigating the spread of COVID-19. Regardless whether we are still in quarantine or allowed to operate in full capacity, several measures will be in place to allow for a safe and hassle-free return to the theater. Can I bring outside food to the theater?

What time should I arrive?

The lobby will be open to the public 90 minutes prior to curtain. Theater doors open 30 prior to curtain. Concession areas inside the building will open 90 minutes before a scheduled performance. Because of enhanced security within Circuit Makati and to ensure you’re able to park and enjoy dining or shopping before the show, it’s recommended that you plan on arriving early and travel light – avoid bringing packages, backpacks, and luggage to the theater. All persons and bags are subject to search before entering the building. Oversized bags will not be permitted and weapons of any kind are prohibited. Can I enter the theater if I arrive late?

Latecomers will be admitted to the theater at the discretion of the Front of House Supervisor at suitable breaks in the program. Certain companies and productions request that late arriving audience members be asked to wait in the lobby until they can be seated during a performance break.
