The Samsung Performing Arts Theater is dedicated to an outstanding patron experience for everyone.

If you need assistance for any reason, please locate an usher or staff member. We will do everything we can to help.

DROP OFF
AND PICK UP

Please use the Main Entrance at Samsung Performing Arts Theater, Hippodromo St, Circuit Makati to drop off patrons with mobility issues. The walk from the drop off point to the building is only 55 meters. This entrance also has benches that may be used while they wait. There are 23 PWD parking spaces within Circuit Makati; 12 of these spaces are located at the basement parking of Ayala Malls Circuit. The entrance to the basement parking is immediately in front of the main theater drop off. Please note that the parking spaces fill up quickly as it is a shared with the rest of the Estate. CURB CUTS AND
INCLINES

All sidewalks within Circuit Makati have curb cuts to allow for wheelchair access. The nearest curb cut to the main theater drop off is located on the right side of Ayala Malls Circuit near Uniqlo. Click here  to view real time image. The Ayala Malls Circuit is relatively flat and makes it easy for wheelchair access, in case you’re coming from the main mall or Circuit Lane.

ELEVATORS

There are 3 elevators upon your entry from the main drop off. Two of them can also be accessed directly from the basement parking lot. These elevators go straight to the Jaime Zobel Sr. Hall.
Guests may use the following elevators to access specific floors/locations:

Passenger Elevator 1 – From basement to level 5 lobby

Passenger Elevator 2 – From basement to level 5 lobby

Passenger Elevator 3 – From ground floor main entrance lobby to level 5 lobby

Passenger Elevator 4 – From Level 5 Jaime Zobel Sr. Hall to level 9 lobby

Passenger Elevator 5 – From Level 5 Jaime Zobel Sr. Hall to level 9 lobby

WHEELCHAIRS AND OTHER SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS

The Samsung Performing Arts Theater Box Office is open during performance days while the Ticketworld outlet at the ground floor of our building is open daily from 11am-8pm. Our ticket sellers will help you purchase seats that will make your evening the most enjoyable. Let us know if you need any of the following:

• No stairs or limited stairs

• Proximity to elevators

• Wheelchair and companion seating

• Easy access seats

• Armless seats

• Any other accommodation requests

WHEELCHAIRS AND ACCESSIBLE SEATING MAP

Samsung Performing Arts Theater has several options for wheelchairs and accessible seating. There are a total of 16 wheelchair spots inside the auditorium. 10 of them are located in the orchestra level, 2 of them are located in the loge level and 4 of them are located in the balcony level. COURTESY WHEELCHAIRS

Complementary wheelchairs are available for assistance in navigating the lobbies, but may not be used for seating during the performance. A limited number of wheelchairs will be available. Please ask any of our staff or ushers for assistance.

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS

All restrooms inside the facility are equipped with accessible restroom facilities.

ASL INTERPRETIVE SERVICES

Please inquire about this service when ordering tickets. The availability of this service may vary depending on the producers and/or productions. Typically, services must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event. Personal assistive listening devices, if available, may also be inquired through Ticketworld.

BOOSTER SEATS

A limited number of booster seats are available at the lobby free of charge, on a first come, first served basis. Your photo ID will be held until you return the seat. Please look for an usher or a staff member for further assistance.

LARGE PRINT
AND BRAILLE PROGRAMS

When available, you may request for braille and large print programs when ordering tickets. if productions provide for print and braille programs, copies will be available at the Gift Shop. Please look for an usher or a staff member for further assistance.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals are welcome inside the theater and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event, please purchase your tickets by phone and notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle or accessible seat may be reserved for you. While the Samsung Performing Arts Theater recognizes the importance of comfort animals, those animals or any other pets are typically not allowed in the facility. As with any patron, if the service animal becomes a disruption to the performance or surrounding patrons, the patron will be asked to leave the facility with the animal.
